Feeding Guide for our Natural Dog Food Range

The feeding guide will give an estimation of the daily feeding quantity based on your dogs' weight.

It is important to remember however that these figures are guidelines only, and there are several factors to be taken into account when assessing your dogs' nutritional requirements:

  • Activity level: Working dogs and those with high activity levels require more calories for energy than those leading a less active life-style.
  • Temperament: Stressed animals burn off more calories than relaxed ones.
  • Metabolism: Every animal is an individual with his or her own speed of metabolism; this means that two dogs of the same age, breed and weight could have different daily calorie requirements.

In order to provide the correct portions, it is also helpful to assess your dogs' appetite, visual appearance and stools is one of the best indicators of health. Increased frequency of passing faeces, production of large quantities of stools of loose motions are often frequent signs that an animal is receiving more food than he or she requires.

There is no need to supplement this diet.

Treats and biscuits should be limited to two daily.  Please ensure a supply of fresh drinking water at all times.

We feed our Boxer Rubi this because she has allergy problems, we have tried loads of other brands of wheat gluten free foods which she was not very happy with and would just pick at it ,but since she is on this we put it down and she eats it straight away which make her and me very happy . Would reccomend it to anybody with a dog with allergy problem . The only one down fall is the price ,but dont mind because she loves it

  • Perfect Choice For Fussy Feeders

Posted by Jennifer Mackie on 24/06/2013

Discovering this food has been a blessing in disguise. As the owner of 3 dogs, finding a suitable dry food for them all has been a challenge over the years, particularly with Jack - the fussiest spaniel ever! Jack has always had no interest in dog food - human food on the other hand is right up his street! He gets scrawny and his coat becomes dull. Daisy (his sister) is fuss-free and maintains an ideal weight all year round, however she has been prone to watery eyes. Bella is a typical beagle. She just looks at food and gets fat! She's always had very itchy skin since she was a pup and is forever getting tested at the vets for allergies. My three have been on the Allergy X for about 6 weeks now and it has worked miracles. Jack wolfs down his dinner now and looks well-covered and fit. Daisy's eyes are definitely less runny and Bella ... well she is still a bit tubby but her itching has calmed down a lot and her coat is so shiny! Thumbs up from us!
